The step count on my Vivoactive is not transferring when I sync with Garmin Connect. Is this an issue with connect or the Vivoactive? or something else. The only thing transferring is a recorded activity. The number of total steps is recorded on the Vivoactive, but only the activity is transferred whensyncing.
I had similar today. Been camping with no phone signal for the last two days. When I come to sync my vivoactive via the connect app on my phone today it didn't sync yesterday's steps, sleep or activities. When I connected it to computer with garmin express it synced both days activities, but only recorded the steps yesterday before I got to where there was no signal. No idea how I can sync it to get the steps added to connect from yesterday.
I have had it in the past where my watch has switched off randomly and 'lost' steps that were recorded on my watch that day.
