I can't seem to get any of the data fields to work on my Edge Explore 820. Downloaded OK (via MacOS and iOS), but when I try to add them to the device, all I get is a symbol showing the letters IQ with a yellow circle and exclamation mark. It happens with all of them, and i've tried two different 820s. The data fields work fine on my old 520.
