Activities Options Greyed Out

On the Activities screen (https://connect.garmin.com/modern/activities) the Delete, Compare Activities and Assign PR Options are greyed out. Also the Quick edit option does not work. I can view and edit the activities individually.

Can anybody help.

I did try but was unable to attach a screenshot

    Quick Edit not working

    I reported this to Garmin Support and their response was to use a different browser. QE did not work for me in Chrome, but did in Firefox. Of course using Firefox meant other functionality disappeared. Support seems to think you'll use different browsers for different functions.
  • Selection makes no differnce.

    It makes no differnce if I select some activities, they are still greyed out.
  • Web Browser and Quickedit

    Quickedit did previously work, but no longer does so. I am using Firefox, I haven't tried another browser yet.

  • Works fine on my iPad Air

    I've just tried Quick Edit in up-to-date versions of Safari, Chrome and Firefox browsers on my iPad Air, and the feature works in every one of them.

    Have you tried clearing all history/cookies in your Firefox browser?

    The Quick Edit and Favourites links on the Activities page are not working in Safari version 10.0.3 (11602.4.8.0.1) on OS‑X version 10.11.6, but they are working in Chrome version 56.0.2924.87 (64-bit).
    It took clearing cookies in my Safari browser (just now) to make Quick Edit and the other functions to work again for me.

    I reported that once they put the searching on activities, the Quick Edit link no longer works in the Chrome browser;




    their answer was to use a different browser (without saying what they support).
    That last part would be poor form. Garmin should state which browsers on which operating system platforms work with Garmin Connect properly, so at least users can test it for themselves (and possibly prove/demonstrate Garmin's information to be incorrect, as the case may be).

    Quick Edit does indeed work in Firefox, but then in Firefox, the progress summary report no longer appears in Reports.
    “No longer”? It hasn't worked in at least ten months, and quite possibly a lot longer than that.

    So I'm apparently supposed to use different browsers depending on what functionality I'm after.
    Just about everything works in Chrome and Safari (after clearing all history/cookies), and I can't find anything right now in Garmin Connect online that doesn't work in them that works in another browser application.

    I had the same problem (Quick Edit didn't work and Delete wasn't enabled when checking an activity) on Google Chrome (latest version) under Windows 10. This functionality did work on Microsoft Edge.

    I cleared my Chrome cache and browsing history and this functionality is now working for me again on Chrome.

    I tried deleting cookies with Firefox, didnt work unless the cookies are not called GARMIN

    Tried Microsoft Edgfe - worked OK (Delete, Compare Activities enabled when items selected, Quickedit works OK)

    Thanks for advice

    Any other ideas tto make it work in Firefox?
