Activity splits

All activities since Feb 16 do not show splits. All i get is three entries. 1 is warmup, 2 is the total activity and 3 is the cool down.
Prior to Feb 16th I used to get a split for every 1KM.

what has changed? and how do I get it back?

There's an auto-lap setting on whichever Garmin fitness wearable device model you're using, and you should check whether it's enabled.
