Double Notifications in Outlook (O365)

I am receiving multiple notifications for my Garmin calendar in Outlook.

Background: for a while, I had trouble connecting Garmin calendar to Outlook at all. Finally got it working. In the process, I had to disconnect and reconnect the Garmin connection.

Now, I receive 3 notifications in Outlook for each activity, 2 for the current version of my Garmin calendar (as it displays on the Garminconnect page), and one from a previous version of my Garmin calendar.

In Outlook, on the Garmin calendar, the activities are displaying properly (no dupe entries displaying), only the notifications are duped/tripled.

How can I fix?

I have exactly the same problem. Did you find a fix?

There are 3 options to get rid of these duplicate notifications:

Disable notifications for the Windows Mail and Calendar app.
Disable notifications for the mail account in the Windows Mail app.
Remove the mail account from the Windows Mail app.
