For the second time now my Vivosmart HR has dropped data - this time from noon yesterday until 5pm yesterday. Apparently I was dead between those hours! It tells me 'it looks like you changed time zones'. I did not. I don't even live in an area that does daylight savings! And it has not recorded my sleep data at all. Again, this is the second time it's done that too. How do I tell the thing that I did not change timezones? Hoping it will 'refund me' my steps and calories from yesterday, and my sleep that was from 1am to 9am today.
