Garmin Connect not calculating average and max cadence correctly

Using Garmin Vector2 interfacing with the Edge520 I've noticed that Garmin Connect records the average and max cadence as 1RPM - this first occurred on Thursday 16th February and has continued for all subsequent workouts.
The graph (over time) displays the cadence correctly, but the garmin connect website (and android app) both show erroneous values ie:

Bike Cadence
1 rpm
Avg Cadence
1 rpm
Max Cadence

The same data uploaded to Training Peaks shows the correct average and max values, and analysis of the tcx file show that cadence is being captured (as you'd expect from the data shown in the cadence graph). Obviously I can edit each workout and enter the correct values, but this is annoying to have to do on a daily basis. :mad:

Anyone else experiencing this or similar issues? Have Garmin broken the Connect cadence function?

    No issues here using Edge 25. Looked on both Connect and Connect Mobile at rides done Feb 18 and 19.

    fenix 3 user here -- all workouts after 14-February are showing 1/1 for Average and Max cadence, on Connect web and app.

    Can you post links to the activities where you see incorrect cadence information displaying as well as indicate what browser you are using? Also a screenshoot from the app?

    I am currently not seeing this issue, but would like to look at it further.

    The problem isn't on the front end, it's happening in the back-end

    Connect Web -- on Windows64, using Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Chrome -- the modern/activities page shows cadence 1/1 as described above.
    However, when I try to click on ANY activity (in order to make it public, so you can view it), I am getting, essentially, an empty screen.
    So I can neither make an activity public, nor download the raw data.
    On IE and Firefox: going to the modern/activities page causes one or more popup dialogs to appear, containing only the text "400"

    Connect app (Android) -- will post screenshots when I get home from work
    For an activity, on the "stats" screen, 1/1 is shown.
    On the "graph" screen, Cadence (rpm) 1/1 is shown, immediately above what appears to be an accurate cadence graph.
    Clicking on the graph, and touching with fingertip, appears to display accurate point-in-time cadence values.

    Thank your for posting your experience. We are looking into why this is occurring for some users and will hopefully have a resolution soon.

    @GrandWaz00 and chipchopchippy,

    There were some changes rolled out to Connect that should resolve the error 400 or 404 error that you were seeing.

    If possible please provide the links to the activities where the cadence is displaying incorrectly so that we can look at that closer now that the activities should be visible.

    I am still getting the same error in Connect and Connect Mobile. Graphs are correct but max and ave cadance 1!

    @JerseyBiker,

    Can you post a link to your activity and screenshot from your app so that we can take a look?

    Okay - I think I've found [one] of the causes.
    At this time of year the majority of my workouts are indoor on the Turbo Trainer. Generally I'll add the distance in (as the Vector2's do not record distance) after the workout completes.
    Today I checked the max/avg cadence after the workout, but before adding the distance and, on the android app, all was fine i.e. the max/avg cadences were displayed as expected. I then added the distance and et voila max/avg cadences were now both reading 1RPM! Changing the distance back to zero does not revert the cadences back to their correct values.
    So...given that this behaviour has only been apparent since February 16th, I'm guessing that a change has been implemented which now calculates cadence in relation to DistanceMeters, and breaks because the incremental values for DistanceMeters (i.e. always 0 metres) do not correlate with the final recorded distance.
