Calendar Not Working

Hi!
Calendar is not working properly since last month. When I click on Calendar (no matter whether on the dash board or in the side menu), the calendar page is blank,
Any clue?

  • No idea why it's not working for you. Works fine on my Safari browser.

    Before we even need to ask which browser application on which operating system platform you're using, let's start with the almost universally applicable questions when it comes to such things:
    • Have you tried signing out from, and then signing back in to Garmin Connect in your browser?
    • Have you tried clearing the cache and cookies from your browser application, and then closing the application (not just windows/tabs) completely and then restarting it? (Yes, it means you might lose ‘default’ information for other web sites you're used to getting automatically filled in when you visit, but minimisation of side effects and inconveniences is not the primary concern when it comes to restoring a relatively more major issue of broken functionality.)

    If that didn't/doesn't work, then we can talk about which browser and OS.
  • When you drag the 2 parallel vertical lines apart to select what should appear, are the checkmarks there?

    Same thing with me to. Trying to ad training plan and calendar is showing only blank. Tried on chrome, edge and IE11
  • Same issue here with Chrome (latest) and IE11. I can view the map in Courses, but if I click Create Course, the map display is blank.

    We are currently investigating reports of the calendar page not fully loading or displaying information for some users. We apologize for any inconvenience and will hopefully have a resolution soon.

    Some fixes for issues reported in Garmin Connect have been pushed out to production. Please post back here if you are still seeing issues with the calendar not loading fully/correct. We would recommend signing out and clearing the internet cache prior to trying to view the calendar.

  • so, my calendar shows nothing in the day squares but it does show my weekly totals. i tried doing the above fix. isn't it supposed to show daily activity?
