Why cannot upload GPX faile from activity

From last week, maybe, I am not able to upload GPX file to activity. I can only input information from "manual activity".

Actually I am using GARMIN OREGON to go to hiking instead of forerunner, so I used to use GPX from computer.
But now i cannot do this method.

Or if somebody know how to upload GPX file to activity please let me know.

The import function has changed recently. Just click the "+" sign in the upper right corner and select "Import data".
