GPX, TCX Import in Garmin Connect and put it a 920XT Device

I would like to know when Garmin will have support to GPX and TCX files, in cristal true?
I've read a lot of instructions in this forum, maybe for decoration, because these solution don't work.
I've been trying to import GPX and TCX from many sites, and also tried some converters to "Garmin type" of gpx, tcx. Some "hacker" solutions... ridiculous... Don't work....
In this situation, I have to say that other brands devices are simpler and efficient! For garmin, said the brand of GPS, no.... it's an impossible thing!
I would like to see comments from Garmin, and of course a final solution to import my files on my 920XT! Is it that difficult for Garmin developers?
So many unusable features... and an useful, simple, and common in other devices, like put a track to follow during your activity is so impossible.... I can't believe it!

I agree, I have problems importing .gpx files to Garmin Connect as well. But into Strava the same files upload in a few seconds.

I must say that the Garmin Connect software is getting buggier and buggier! After every upgrade, new bugs seem to be introduced.
Garmin needs to up their game and need to possibly build a new Connect platform from scratch.

I have been a loyal customer to Garmin and I would hate to see Garmin is going to end up like Yahoo, Nokia, Blackberry or Motorola.
They used to be top in the consumer market but vanished, because they didn't modernise their products and didn't listen to their customers.

Come on Garmin, it's 5 to 12!
