When I create a route, unlock and copy the link, it doesn't open, when I share it via email. Please advise.
I have same problem. Unlocked COURSES (aka routes) used to be visible to persons not logged into Garmin Connect. Now they never load and give "Error while calling Course service." error.
I logged a support call Garmin in January as members of a group I have created in Garmin Connect could only download courses from the group courses page and not the group calendar. If a course was public it could be downlaoded without logging in. The reference I was given for that call is Problems encountered in garmin connect <Q#:1000104> << Reference ID: 9198806K0 >>
After the privacy policy update of 14th February courses are now not available from the group calendar, from the courses or as you say without logging in for public courses. As a result of this a copied in UK Support and now have a reference id with them which is 1317005.
The calls are awaiting investigation but unless they get enough complaints I don't expect anything to happen soon.
