Manually Add/Record Work-Out Without Data File?

Hi. Is there a way to manually add, just to have as a matter of personal record, some kind of work-out? (For instance, a lifting session and I want to track in my calendar what days I have lifted...) I'm only using/wearing Garmin devices, but do track calories in MyFitnessPal, which allows a strength training session to be added. The older version of Garmin Connect allowed this, but unless it is an upload, I don't see any way to manually input data now. Any help is appreciated.
