how do i export a course i created to .gpx ??

Unlike an activity, there is no direct method for exporting a course. However, this method works on my 920XT.

Create the course then send to your device
With your device plugged in, browse to your device then the "\GARMIN\COURSES" folder. You should see the .fit file you just sent
Copy the .fit file to your computer
Open Garmin BaseCamp, select import, browse to the .fit file
In BaseCamp select the file, then export as .gpx

How to export course into gpx file for fenix3

It could import GPX file directly into Garmin connect, but how to export course/activity into gpx file?
Is it any directly method, other than the buddy suggest above to use othe application to export gpx file indirectly?

You can export a course you created on Garmin Connect to a GPX file with Garmin's API :

https://connect.garmin.com/proxy/course-service-1.0/gpx/course/XXXXXXXXX

where XXXXXXX is the ID of your course, which you can get at the end of the course's URL : https://connect.garmin.com/modern/course/XXXXXXXXXX

It worked for me in the past.
