Just recently, GC displays my bike rides as 0.00 miles & 0.0 average speed - despite other apps (Strava etc) showing everything correctly. The same FIT file is uploaded to GC as well as Golden Cheetah, WKO+ etc & they are fine, so what's the problem? Any ideas?
Hello... I faced the same issue. I've tried to sync my Garmin to my computer and usually I visit connect.garmin.com to see my step trends. But as the Garmin has new privacy policy, I don't know why I can't access my account.
Here is the screenshot. Please let me know who I can fix it. Should I update my Garmin Express?
