Unable to pair vivoactive with android

I have vivoactive watch and Oppo Android 5.1 phone. My activities are getting recorded and synced to strava but I am unable to pair my phone for notifications like calls, mags etc.
Have tried all options given at forum but not happening.
Plz help

With "all options" you also mean reading the manual, where it is mentioned not to pair the Vivoactive by Bluetooth?
Use the Garmin Connect mobile App and navigate to "Devices". There you can pair the VA (assumed, BT is activated on the VA as well).
