Editing the title of an activity changed the distance down to zero

Here's an example activity:

EDIT: Nuts... I put the wrong link up there. The bug did happen with that run, but after the bug happened I manually typed the distance back into the activity. Here is another activity that I edited, just to see if I could recreate the bug: https://connect.garmin.com/modern/activity/1518152296

Note - It was the "full edit" page that I used to change the title, i.e. the pencil icon in the upper right of the activity. I typed in the new title and hit save, and when it brought me back to the activity the distance was 0.0.

Experiencing the Same Issue

I have been using 735XT on my last two runs, it saved correctly and uploaded to Garmin Connect correctly. However, I typically change the (1) Running to Street Running (2) Event Type to Fitness (3) Title to Where I ran. After I do this the distance will show 0.0km

This has only started happening in the last week (at least that I noticed). It's easy to edit as the correct distance still shows on my 735XT. Seems to be a bug on the Garmin Connect Side, as this is only where I edit the data.

Editing activity attributes changes distance and speed to 0

I'm having the same issue - started a couple of days ago. I upload my ride and it shows the distance and speed as expected. If I change the name of the activity, type of exercise or any other attribute, the speed an distance get set to 0.

Any update on this?

Distance and Average Speed are Zero after editing an Activity

If I select the "Edit" pencil icon in the upper right hand corner of an activity to set my heart rate. I can see the Distance and Average Speed values on that page, but when I click "Save" they are zeroed out. This has been happening to me since Wednesday last week.

I found that editing the title does not change the distance to 0, but this happens when I change it from Running to Street Running (using dashboard widget).

Exactly the same issue I've been having the past few days.

Same here, for the first time, that I notice, distance went to zero after editing activity name.

I'm having the same issue - I upload my swim and it shows the distance and speed as expected. If I change the name of the activity, type of exercise or any other attribute, the speed and distance get set to 0. Is there a fix for this? it wont let me edit the distance

The need to do something about it. It is starting to get annoying as it has happened to me the last 5 times this past week, the moment I change the title total distance goes to zero. Garmin where are you?
