Editing the title of an activity changed the distance down to zero

I'm actually experiencing similar issues when i edit my activity. But say if i had 3 graphs + details below the graphs, once i edit, i'm left with only 1 graph (heart rate) and the data below disappears, only the overview data to the right remains

Yep. Using that pencil icon in the top right to edit any data causes the outcomes reported already. When I originally tested, I used the title editor specifically.

I'm experiencing the same issue. The mileage is correct on my Garmin Edge 520, but zero miles when the cycling activity was saved in Garmin Connect yesterday and today.

Yesterday's activity also had the three temperature readings (low, average, high) at 0 degrees, but today's cycling activity did transfer the temperature readings correctly from the 520 to Garmin Connect.

Yesterday I thought it was a faulty/corrupt file on the Garmin, but it exported all the correct data in a TCX file that imported into STRAVA with all data intact. When I got the same error on Garmin Connect this afternoon I figured I best pop in here and see if it was something on my end going wrong or if it was a Garmin Connect issue.

I agree with Philip. It appears that when I use the Pencil Icon to edit the title of my ride activities, the activity type and category the saved changes come back on refresh and the mileage is 'gone'. Weird.

Edit: The Average Speed was also zero. The Max. Speed reading was correct.

sorry I see the edit in your post where you provide some of the information requested. But the activity is still locked.

Saw the same behavior but I am not sure if that's after I edited the title (I edited the title, Category, type and shoes after each run).

I edited the activity in the Garmin Connect web dashboard activity widget.

This is from the Garmin Connect website in the activity page in 'edit' (???)....as described by OP. hmm

Same thing just happened to me using just the pencil icon on the main activities page, temp fix it by adding the distance manualy on the edit page
Hope it can be worked on by garmin

I'm also using a FR235, and the described error happens when I click on the Save button – with or without having changed the title or any of the activity summary values – on the Edit page. (screenshot)

I found that editing the title does not change the distance to 0, but this happens when I change it from Running to Street Running (using dashboard widget).
