I have some activities on my Garmin Touring Plus which normally automatically download to Garmin Connect when I open it. However for some reason today they haven't although I can see them on my Touring Plus as .fit files. In the 'Sync' tab on Garmin Connect it says 'Nothing to sync right now'.
1. Why haven't the files downloaded automatically.
2. If they don't download automatically can I download them manually? On Google found something that suggested I could manually download by clicking on the + icon in the top right corner. Tried this but no 'Upload Your Activities' process on my Garmin Connect as suggested
