Missing Activities on Connect, but says fully sync'd

My vivoactive is showing my activities (or at least my steps) for Saturday and Sunday, but those 2 days are not registering on my Connect account (Express or Mobile) and the software says there is nothing left to sync. I track my walks\runs with Running App Professional and that info appears, but it's not showing as a total along with my normally daily step counts. I've never had this happen before. Is there a way to recover the data or have I simply just lost this data.
