I have accidentally deleted an activity from strava. As it is still showing as an activity in garmin connect I want to manually upload it back to strava, after searching the forums I don't have any .fit files saved anywhere?
In Garmin Connect, open the activity that you have deleted. Top right hand corner of the screen, probably below the + symbol, will be a grey wheel looking icon. Click on that and select 'export original'.
The .fit file that you need will be inside the .zip file.
