Garmin Connect Segments - Switching to Strava Segments to send to Garmin 520

Hello

I'm following hints to get Strava Live segments onto my Garmin 520 but the screen shot of the Garmin Connect Segments page is different from mine. Mine doesn't have a Settings icon so I can't get any further. It's supposed to be in the top right hand corner according to the screen shot. Any idea where it may be hiding

That is because you shouldn't be on the segments page itself. You have to add the segments widget to your dashboard. Then, in the upper right of the widget you will see the cog.
