Will I loose more .....

.....then today's data.

I had to factory rest my VHR this this afternoon. Will I loose more then part of today's data when I sync with Garmin Connect again .....

Depends on when you last synched with Garmin Connect.

Sounds hopeful .... My last sync was at 1300 this afternoon. The "factory reset" took place less then 2 hours later.
