Sharing a bespoke programmed workout with a Garmin connection

Hi, does anyone know if I can share an interval workout that I've orogrammed myself with a friend who is a garmin connection?

That's exactly what I'm trying to do as well. Can't seem to find any alternative though. Also not via group calendar.
Would be a great feature for sharing group training schedules.
