Kilometers did not calculate

I went for a bike ride today, and had my activity as Other, but this did not record my kilometers. Can I add cycling to my activities on my Garmin or what is the best way to do this? Any suggestions??

You can manually add a Cycling activity in Garmin Connect to record the distance against that category of activities, if that's what you're asking.

Bike (cycling) is one of the default activity apps on the VAHR.

On the watch right press to bring up Activity list. If it is not there them long press, Managing Apps, Scroll down to the bottom and Add Apps.

Or use Express.
