Garmin Connect App repeatedly crashing Windows 10

Suddenly I cannot run this app without getting a message saying "App has crashed.". Uninstalling and reinstalling did not fix it. Any other suggestions?

Did you uninstall, then reboot windows then reinstall? If not try that.
