garmin connect problems on osx

hi,
since approx 30 days I'm having problems
with connect software.(worked fine for 3 years with exact same equipement up until dec 16)
dashboard seems to work fine, but I cant get onto the
menus to the left and I cant open any activity (message is:
there is something wrong with the page...).
connection and upload with my edge 820 is fine,
I can see all of my activities in the dashboard list, but cant open any...
other features like the calender, or the summary report etc
seem to work fine. mobile app on ios works.
I tried different macs, osx and browsers
(safari and firefox).
has anyone else similar problems?

  • Same here (in Firefox, Garmin 235) the dashboard opens fine, but clicking the "Activities" in the left menu gives an error page.
    Clearing cache in Firefox or restarting the PC sometimes works, but the problem returns after a shorter or longer time.
  • Not here on Safari in 10.12.3. Went 10 pages back on the Activities list and opened one ok.

    thanx for the replies,
    even clearing cache and preferences does nothing here, strange that safari works at your side, I`m using the same version here…
    even on my iPhone browser the connect.garmin page is empty after my login, app works fine though.
    maybe it has something to do with my specific account?
    do anybody know of a quick way to contact garmin support? if I follow the `still got a problem`link, it ends on a broken link...
  • Sounds like you do have a more widespread problem than you initially suggested. No help I know, but mine works on iPhone, iPad, iMac and MacBook (spot the theme here :-))

    I do not know of any other way to contact Garmin support other than through the usual channels.
