Monterra Battery

I bought an original battery (010-11654-03) for my monterra. When I use the battery or put the USB cable to the device, there is no battery info in the screen.
If I use a battery application I got "battery level is -1%".

When I used standard AA batterys, I got normal info (example: battery level is 90%).

Why I don't have correct info if I use original battery?
