Garmin Alpha 100

I have a Garmin Alpha 100 but it is for use in South Africa. I'm visiting the states where i have computer access so I can update it. It appears I need version 3.10 of the software because newer versions will make the radio no longer work in RSA.

Is there a way I can obtain and manually install the 3.10 version?
