Hi, I hope you can help.
I am wearing my Vivoactive HR all the time and have done a number of activities - mostly walks, but also some indoor cycling.
The sync with iPhone App and indeed the we based Connect doesn't seem very good to me.
I did some indoor cycling today, but the activity is now a corrupted file on my HR and no recognised by Connect.
Syncing with my phone and the web based Connect shows large areas where for heartrate and sleep there is "No Data Available", and the iPhone Connect app seems resolutely not to be recording any steps or activities for me, despite these showing on the HR and the sync function telling me that it completes successfully and the HR and phone showing as Connected every time I look to check this.
Any ideas what is going on please?
