Connect not seeing iPad bluetooth

I'm just getting started and unfortunately I am stuck with a Windows phone. So I downloaded Connect to my iPad, but it keeps displaying a pop up saying "Bluetooth Off" even though it is turned on and the icon is displaying in the app.

Any suggestions?
  • Which iPad? Does it have BT 4.0?

Isn't there a windows phone version of Connect?

BTW, there is a Connect Mobile sub-forum.

Could the BT off be that it's off on the VAHR and not the iPad??

    Thanks for the reply.

I guess I just didn't think about the age of my iPad. It's a 2, no it doesn't have BT 4. So I guess I won't be using my iPad either.

There is a windows phone version, for Windows 10. Unfortunately HTC backed out of updating my phone to Win. 10. I'm stuck with 8.1.

Seems the computer version only supports Bluetooth in Win. 10 also. Would be nice to know all these technology requirements before purchasing the band.

I can't afford to upgrade everything constantly so the Bill Gates' of the world can afford their lifestyle.
