Runs don't update in Running Challenges - GC with forerrunner 220

Hi there,

I am facing a very frustrating bug. I sync my runs with Garmin Connect and they do sync and they do go into "My Activities". However, they do not add to "My Challenges".

I am part of two challenges, and since 5 days ago my runs are not being counted by the challenges even though they're still running and other runners have actually added kilometers to the challenge.

Interesting to note is that GC says that last sync was a few minutes ago, however in the challenge it says that my last sync was 5 days ago (!). Anyone has faced this? I appreciate any help!

    I'm facing the same problem. I use a 910XT, and I sync it with GC after every run.
    My activities are synced, but don't appear in challenges.




  • I'm having the same problem. Garmin forerunner 210. I have uploaded several runs on 3 different occasions but none of them are showing up in my challenge. Does anybody know what the deal is?

    Good to know that there are other people with the same issue.

    I've tried everything.
    - Re installed the app in my cellphone
    - Sync through usb cable
    - Reset my watch to factory settings
    - Upload manually the runs from the FIT file
    - Create a manual run

    Still nothing of that works! What have you tried? Any guess about what can we do?

    I emailed Garmin support about this and here is their response.
    Hope this is fixed soon. No fun being in challenges where data is inaccurate for the competition..

    Hi,

    Good to know that Garmin is aware of the issue. I was also in contact with Garmin support over email and I've got the same response. I really hope they fix this issue soon!
