Sync to mobile

Sync to mobile for vivo active HR doesn't work after recharge. Have to effectively start pairing process from scratch. Even after pairing and when located within 30cm of phone get waiting to connect message
  • I assume you're talking about mobile. If it's Android, there are things you can do before going through the pairing process.


    • Go to the list of devices in Connect Mobile. Then turn off bluetooth. Connect will display a dialog to turn it on again. Turn it on that way and wait upto 30 seconds. It should reconnect.
    • If that doesn't work, long press the VAHR on the list of devices and refresh the connection.
    • If that doesn't work, reboot the VAHR and your phone.
