My step goal has been stuck on 10,297 for the better part of a week now. The count will update on the device but as soon as I sync with my phone it changes back. Any idea what could be causing this and how I can fix it? I have the latest software update.
I have the same problem with my FR35. The FR changes the goal at midnight, but after a sync it is back at 7500 steps. Already deleted it from the app and reconnected it, no effect. So I think a reset from the FR is not necessary. I did that one week ago, all steps from that day were lost. So I don't do that again. It's the app that crashes auto goal.
