Is possible synchronize garmin and google calendar ?

What you mean under syncronization?

There is possible to publish CC calendar into google calendar but you have to keep in mind that all trainings will appear as full day activities.

You can find Publish Calendar from Calendar view in CC (right up corner you see arrow).

You can't send data from Google Calendar to CC calendar

Yep, I use it in the same way. I have connected Garmin Connect Calendar in my Google Calendar so I can get email notifications about future events. It works, only for few next weeks and it has a problem with UTF-8, but this is not a big deal.
