Garmin Connect Intervals

I am a Fenix 2 user. When I swim with the unit and upload the data to Garmin Connect I have the ability to see my individual interval times via simply clicking on the Intervals tab. I previously had the same ability when I ran with my Fenix 2. However, for some reason Garmin Connect no longer provides me with the option to see my individual interval times. The Intervals tab is missing.

Can anyone help?

What operating system and what web browser are you using?

I am using Apple OS 10 and Safari as my browser.

Do you have laps recorded? Have you turned off the automatic lap option inadvertently or deliberately?

I do have that option turned on - that was my first thought. I also automatically download my training data to Training Peaks, and my running intervals are shown on that website. I do find it interesting that I previously was able to see the run interval data on Garmin Connect and now cannot - my first thought was that I must have changed the watch setting somewhere.

If your watch is recording correctly, it looks like another Garmin Connect oddity. I think it's best you contact Garmin directly.

I've never seen the Intervals tab. Are you sure you don't mean the Splits tab?

Can you see the Splits tab when you go to view my run that is shown above as an example in your Safari browser? Can you share one of your activities with us so we can check whether we can see the Splits tab in our browsers?

Sorry, I meant one of the run activities with which you said you're having problems, and by “share” I meant give us a link or the URL (after you've made that activity accessible to Everyone in the security settings) so we can bring it up via the Garmin Connect platform ourselves in our browsers, in a manner similar to how I've provided a hyperlink to my example run.

You are absolutely correct! I went back and looked at my runs in December and the Splits tab is actually the one that is now missing.
