Garmin Express and Connect used to work just fine and I was able to upload/sync my old Forerunner 301 (running most current sw). About a month ago I was moved onto Windows 10 (from Win 7) by my company IT. Every app had to be reloaded.
I just downloaded and installed Garmin Express. rebooted the Lenovo laptop. Every time I plug in the Forerunner into the USB port there is an error "sync error" and Every time I start Garmin Express there is the same error 'An unexpected error has occurred and Garmin Express must close. If you continue to experience this, contact Garmin customer support." but I can't find any way to contact customer support.
