HR shown in activities list incorrect compare to actual data in each activity

Hi guys,

I have problem explained in the title.
Anybody faced same problem? Do you guys have solutions to correct this problem?
Please see the screen shot below for more detail. By the way pace or other data are corrected.

Unfortunately, I have no answer so far.
