For example yesterday I walked 8.005 steps and burnt 4.319 kcal Garmin says (with 640 minutes of intensity). I didn't add any extra exercise.
I was reading how many calories you can burn with X km walked and it looks too much for me. It's true I was at the gym doing some leg sport and some burpees but not more than 1 hour(from 20.00 to 21.00)
It's possible that the data is wrong?
