FR 630 disappeared from Garmin Connect

When I synced my FR 630 this morning, I first got an error that it was not set up as an activity tracker, and it wouldn't sync. I unplugged it from the computer, them plugged it back in, and it synced fine in Garmin Express, but now the device has disappeared from Garmin Connect on my PC, and I see no way to add it back. My VIRB and EDGE 520 are still there, and the activity synced to Garmin Connect. How do I add the device back? See the attached screenshot.
