Vivoactive HR not Syncing with Connect

During the night my VivoActive HR stopped syncing with Garmin Connect on my iPhone SE. I looked on the app and my Vivo as listed as "not connected". When I go into settings on my Vivoactive HR and go into Bluetooth it lists the status as "Waiting". When I try to "Pair with Mobile" it repeatedly fails even though they are sitting right next to each other. Any thoughts?
