Lap markers on the map missing

Hi,

This is something which I noticed a couple of months ago. When I look at my workout in Garmin Connect, it doesn't show all the lap markers on the maps. Garmin Connect mobile DOES show all markers. Anyone knows what causes this?

Upper left hand corner of the map by the +- Maps Select is a button to select laps

Hmm... I only see a checkbox where I can switch on/off laps, but it still shows only lap 4, 9, 14 and 19...

Looks like you're only seeing something like every 5th one in the current map size. Try zooming in the map, as more might be shown.

Unfortunately, zooming doesn't make a difference. Have you tried the link in your browser? Does it show the same result?

My lap information is (and always has been) displayed in the way described here for longer activities. I see a full set of lap markers for shorter activities (up to about 10 miles or so I think).

I seem to remember reading something from Garmin a long time ago saying that this behaviour was intentional to avoid excessive clutter on the map.

I wonder what's the use of showing just a couple of markers, but guess this is how it is ;-)
