Activity is not sent to device

since Christmas I am a happy owner of Fenix 3 and today I had my first run with it..

After uploading my activity, I went through Garmin Connect and I sent it to my FR630.
Also I selected my previous 2 runs into 2017 to sent them to Fenix3.

unfortunately none of them was downloaded to any device.

is there something I should do? or one activity from one watch cannot be downloaded to the other?

My PRs have been downloaded to Fenix3.
  • What do you mean by 'Activity not sent to device'?

    Usually, you create activities on your device and send them to Garmin Connect. On Garmin Connect, you can create workouts (e.g. interval workout) and you can send those back to your device. Is that what you mean?

    Hi Friso,
    I have recorded the specific run with my Fenix3.. then through Garmin Connect, then from the Gear icon I select Send to Device. See the attachment
    ..
    and then in Garmin Express has an "update"

    but nothing happens.. :(
