I use TrainerRoad as my indoor training platform, and use Virtual Power via specific trainer type and Garmin Speed/Cadence sensor. I utilize their training plans during times I cannot get outside and ride, and since I do not have a ANT+ power meter on my indoor bike, it is difficult to use my 510 to document rides in the absence of a power meter. TrainerRoad exports .tcx files, and in their app the IF, TSS and NP values are calculated. I am wondering why this information is not imported into Garmin Connect or why Garmin Connect cannot calculate the IF/TSS/NP values from the imported data/information. Or maybe I am missing a setting or something.....
im doing the excact same thing using Tapiirik software to sync files from trainerroad to garmin connect and it works perfect but also miss the data you mention funny thing is though that im also syncing with trainingpeaks and there all the daata is available so it must be a garmin issue
