Editing the route

Hello guys,

Anyone knows if there is or will be possible to edit the route in Garmin Connect without using external gpx editors ? Example > Today I did a long walk and visited 2 museums on the way. Forgot to pause the activity so of course the gps went crazy once inside the museums. When I got home, I had about 16km instead of 10-12km max. I would like to edit the route, select the 2 zones of the time/distance graph and delete them !

I have made the same mistake and had brought this subject up myself. As far as I know, currently there is no way to edit a route. Strava allows you to edit the route, but they refer to it as cropping. I wish Garmin would introduce something like that.

Yes, I know since I'm also using Strava. Unfortunately, the segments I need to remove are at the middle so cropping doesn't help !
