Removing apps

I've downloaded a watch face and an app that I now wish to get rid of .... I must be blind but I cant find anywhere how to do it. Would appreciate the help!

In Garmin Express click on your device, then Manage Apps. Click the "X" to remove whatever you want get rid of.
