I'm using a Vivosmart HR to record my cycling commutes. For some weeks now, when I finish a ride and save the data, the next time I go into the connect app the times, and therefore average speed have reset. There are normally 3 different times shown, total time, elapsed time and moving time which generate an average speed and an average moving speed, these appear after the initial sync but next time I look at the data they've reset so that all 3 times are the same and the average speed is the same as the moving speed. I've tried powering off the device and switching it back on with no affect. Anyone else having the same problem?
