Garmin 235 not showing activities in garmin connect account

Hiya,

I got a garmin 235 but the data is not showing on my current garmin connect account. Although I can extract the data from the watch and it then displays as if it is a separate garmin connect account....any ideas?

I suspect I may have created two accounts and may have to delete one.

Any suggestions much appreciated.

  • In Garmin Express you'll be able to see the device and the account to which the device is registered.

    • Open Garmin Express
    • Click on the Forerunner 235 device name/image
    • Click Tools & Content
    • Click on the Garmin Connect tab
    • You should see your account name listed


    That is the account you should use to login to Garmin Connect.
