Missing "gear" icon

Please help me - I am going insane........ I do not have a gear icon in GC Modern. It is supposed to be in the top right hand corner but it isn't !

There is no "settings" gear for the Dashboard. There is a setting gear on the upper right hand corner of each "page" or function in the dashboard such as Device, Calendar, Connections, etc

You need to open the activity, click on xxxxx cycling, map and data show, then the gear icon is top right on the page
