Options missing from account in Garmin Connect

When I log into Garmin Connect via browser, I do not see these options on my account.
If I go to the hamburger menu on the left, these seem to be missing:

Courses
Laps
Goals
Segments

How do I activate these options to my account?

Note you may not see all options listed as they depend on the device you have.

I have a Vivosmart HR+

Can I get any of these options to show?
