Connect Calendar - Office 365 Calendar

Hi all, I have tried to connect my Garmin Connect Calendar with my office 365 account and after sign in to office 365, get the message on Garmin Connect, 'That Office 365 account is already associated with another Garmin Connect account.' To my recollection I have only one Garmin Connect account. Is there a way I can verify what Garmin accounts I have so that I can check out what is happening or is this an error associated with something else. I have tried the lost password feature with all my other email addresses with negative result. Any assistance would be appreciated.
